Sweet and Sour Prawns

Ingredients:
12 Prawns
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Onion
2 Slices of Pineapple
1 Tomato
5 tbsp of sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp of ketchup
Some cornstarch water
Seasoning:
1-2 tsp Pepper
1-2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
Batter:
6 tbsp frying powder
100 mL water

Method:
1. Add seasoning to prawn.

2. Dice all vegetables, then set them aside.
3. Prepare batter by combining all ingredients, and coat evenly on each of the prawns.

4. Deep fry pawns until golden, dish up.
5. Heat wok, fragrant vegetables, add sweet and sour sauce, ketchup and cornstarch water.

When sauce is ready, pour over the prawns. Serve hot.
Note: Medium sized sea prawns are recommended.
