Egg White and Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
- 100ml Milk
- 30g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Banana
- 1tbsp Lemon Juice
Method:

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F/Gas Mark 5)
2. Combine milk, sugar and egg white in mixing bowl, mix well.
3. Peel and cut up banana, brush on some lemon juice.
4. Put banana in the middle of mold, add milk mixture to mold, bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove pudding from mold and dish up.
Lemon juice helps to prevent food oxidation of the banana.
