 Wintercocktails (Part II)

Black Vodka

Ingredients:

• 4cl. of Finland Vodka
• 2cl. of Coffee Liqueur

Preparation:

Put 3-4 ice cubes in an “old fashioned” glass. Add the Vodka and the Coffee Liqueur and stir well.

Golden Friendship

Ingredients:

• 2cl Amaretto di Saronno Originale
• 2cl White Bacardi Rum
• 2cl Red Vermouth

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in a mixing glass. Add the ingredients. Stir well and sift in a cocktail glass.

Wintercocktails (Part II)

Adam & Eve

Ingredients:

• 1cl Amaretto di Saronno Originale
• 2cl Gordon’s Dry Gin
• 1cl Drambuie
• 1cl Lemon Juice
• 1 shot of Cane Sugar Syrup
• I shot of Grenadine
• 1 slice of Lemon
• 2 cocktail Cherries

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the Amaretto, Gin, Drambuie, lemon juice, cane sugar syrup and the Grenadine. Shake well and sift in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and the cocktail cherries.

Wintercocktails (Part II)

Jester

Ingredients:

• 3cl. Drambuie
• 2cl Canadian Club Whisky
• 1cl Lemon Juice
• Grapefruit Juice

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the Drambuie, Whisky and lemon juice. Shake well and sift in a longdrink glass. Fill the rest of the glass with grapefruit juice.

Wintercocktails (Part II)

CasinoIngredients:• 4cl. Gordon’s Dry Gin
• 2cl. Orange Liqueur
• 1cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 shot of Angostura Bitters
• 1 Cocktail Cherry

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the Gin, lemon juice and the Angostura Bitters. Shake well and sift in a cocktail glass. Garnish with the cocktail cherry.

White Lily

Ingredients:

• 2cl Gordon’s Dry Gin
• 2cl White Bacardi Rum
• 2cl Orange Liqueur
• 1 shot of French Pastis Liqueur

Preparations:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the Gin, Bacardi Rum, Orang Liqueur and French Pastis Liqueur. Shake well and sift in a cocktail glass.

Snow Flower

Ingredients:

• 2cl Apricot Brandy
• 1cl Apricot Essence
• 2cl Cream
• Minced Cinnamon

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the Apricot Brandy, apricot ssence and cream. Shake well and sift in a cocktail glass. Garnish with minced cinnamon.

Green Wings

Ingredients:

• 4cl Apricot Brandy
• 2cl Blue Curaçao
• 1 shot of Lemon Juice
• 4cl Cream

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the ingredients. Shake well and sift in a cocktail glass.

Theodore

Ingredients:

• 2cl of White Bacardi Rum
• 1cl Apricot Brandy
• 2cl Advokaat
• 2cl Fresh Orange Juice
• 4cl. Milk
• ½ tablespoon of Sugar
• 2cl Cream
• ½ slice of Orange

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the ingredients. Shake well and sift in a large cocktail glass. Garmish with the slice of orange

Wintercocktails (Part II)

Manetti

Ingredients:

• 1cl Gordon’s Dry Gin
• 1cl Calvados Morin
• 1cl Orange Liqueur
• 1 shot of Grenadine Syrup
• 1 shot of Lemon Juice
• 2cl Cream

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the ingredients. Shake well and sift in a cocktail glass.

Wintercocktails (Part II)

Brandy Alexander

Ingredients:

• 2cl. Weinbrand or Brandy
• 2cl Crème de Cacao
• 2cl Cream
• 1 knife point Cinnamon
• 1 knife point Cacao

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in the shaker. Add the ingredients. Shake well and sift in a cocktail glass.
